• You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using either USPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is through USPS. Customer can upgrade to a premium shipping service. All free shipping promotions are through USPS only. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipments destination. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Orders can take 3-5 days for processing.  

  Jess&Co Canine Couture will ship internationally through UPS only. No free shipping promotion codes will be valid on international orders.

• Return Policy

• Jess&Co Canine Couture does offer returns and exchanges. All apparel have a seven day return policy. Refunds given only on new unworn merchandise with tags attached. No exceptions. Please have your order number ready for reference. Jewelry and toys are non refundable. Other accessories have a fourteen day return policy.

  No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise. No exceptions.

  No refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders. No exceptions.

  No refunds or exchanges after above mentioned time periods.
